Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please download the tool fromhttp://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.

Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Hi jorgen,

 

Our engineer worked out a demo to solve the issue. Please follow the steps below to see if it works:

 

1.Exit Performance Monitor first

2.Download the demo from the below link

3.Extract the downloaded file, copy and replace all the files with the original ones in the installation folder for Advanced SystemCare. To open the installation folder, right click on the desktop icon of the program and choose Open file location.

4.Open this ASC_PM_DEMO folder and click ASCFixTool to fix it.

5.Open Performance Monitor and check if the temperature is displayed correctly after two minutes of Performance Monitor is launched.

 

If the problem remains, please send us the file hardinfo.log which is saved in the installation folder of the program for our further investigation.
