Detected falsely that Java needed an upgrade (8.0.144) when already at latest release. Tried and failed with upgrade. Only a later Java update eliminated that

Realtek installs driver but missing Dell/Realtek HD Audio Manager. Downgrade and it shows up

For the issue you mentioned, please download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file at dbfeedback@ioblit.com.
