Switching to Win7 from Vista HELP

Im finely switching up, but like most things on my PC that i don't wanna lose, advanced systemcare, iObit malware fighter, driver booster, smart defrag and protected folder that i was gifted from you guys, are all things i wish not to lose, i have seen the post called "How to retrive a lost license & Resolve License Issue", which seems like the way to go, but idk if i can save everything to second HDD then reinstall what i already have, or maybe because im going to be on a new OS, that i might need a version of everything that is meant for Win7, so im here to ask about it, what do i do?

 

[Edit} how do i get them back when im done installing win7?, do i have to buy them again?

oops lol, i was trying advanced systemcare pro, not advanced systemcare ultimate, works now...but my emails not being recognized is still weird.
