Iobit Uninstaller interface too small to use on new laptop

I just installed iobit uninstaller on a new Huawei laptop with screen resolution 3000 x 2000 and everything is tiny. I cannot use the program as is. Any solutions?

impossible to read the fonts on version 11 of iobit uninstall.  before i have used this program for years, but now i cant read it even with a magnifying glass.  and no matter what i try i cannot make the window larger
