Remote Desktopo Services warning

I got a popup that says its from Iobit Malware Fighter for a "A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Remote Desktop Services on your Windows 7.......more" There is a box to tick "Iagree to install the updates" and another button to click that says "install updates"

 

I wanted to know if this is a legitimate warning message for iobit? Is there any way for me to tell. It looks like an Iobit warning, black background, white text and Orange Attention icon
