Boost with Advanced SystemCare?

What is Boost with Advanced SystemCare? What does it do? When you right click on an icon to load a program the menu pops up with this as an option. If you select it, the program loads, but it doesn't seem to load any faster. There is no information about this under support, user manual, technical support or any posts. Anyone know know about this and what it does?:???:

Hi jade

If it opens fast as it should, there is no reason to use it, but if you have problems opening a program, then try opening with that command.
