How to disable these IObit processes

I have the following IObit processes running all the time. How can I disable them permanently from running all the time?

1. CareScan - What is the purpose of this application and why is it running all the time?

 

2. IObit scanner - What is the purpose of this application and why is it running all the time?

 

3. UninstallMonitor - What is the purpose of this application and why is it running all the time? Why is this running even though I disabled automatic monitoring in IObit uninstaller.

 

These processes are running all the time and hogging cpu and disk space. Ever since I installed IObit Updater and IObit Uninstaller on my Windows 10 64 bit PC, my computer has slowed down. These processes are taking up too much cpu and disk space. It is ridiculous.

If you just installed these programs, they can take a lot of cpu when you first run them, because they are doing an initial scan of your system.

Once that is done they should not consume much \cpu as they will run quietly in the background

In my case, it's using 100% of my hd while I play. I press Alt + Tab and enter the task manager, disable Iobit Scan and my computer goes back to normal and I can play. That's why I would like to know how to disable and not restart automatically, because you've also disabled it in all the ways I know.
