Smart defrag doesn't defrag my hdd fully

I have WDC WD10SPZX-21Z10T0 931.5 GB as d:,e: two partitions

and HFS128G39TND-N210A 119.2 GB as c: drive

I use smart optimize option and after sometime, i saw this while defrag d: drive

my d: contains only games and steam.

is it normal?

I aam sorry, but I cannot understand exactly what is your issue. You give very little detail.

Does your D: drive have enough space to allow Defragment to happen.

From your screenshot, we cannot tell what the colours mean as the colours can be set by the uses.
