Need support help

Hi

i have tried to contact Iobit because i have automatic been charged over 500 Danish krone. I have tried to stop and my licenses expire 17 march. Last year i bought a collection package in an offer. But i only want to keep Advanced Systemcare 14 and not Iobit Uinstaller and Protected Folder. I tried to write a support message with no luck and tried also support online with no luck. So i hope someone from Iobit could contact me.
