Running ASC from the command line on Windows 10

Is there a way to have Ultimate start before the system shuts down?  

I have many users who would love this feature.

Not sure how to code that task - any suggestions?

I am not very clear about " have Ultimate start before the system shuts down", because ASC Ultimate starts automatically when you start your computer.

Do anyone know if I can run ASC Ultimate from the command line on Windows 10?  What I would like to do is create a process that will run when the system is going into shutdown.  I have a lot of clients who would love this - is it possible?  Also, I would like to to run without any user intervention.  I know I can schedual a task to do this but need some help in setting it up.

I am sorry to tell you that ASC Ultimate cannot run when your computer is going into shutdown.
