Scan for leftovers

I have uninstalled Microsoft 365 but I’m asked to scan for leftovers. When i do, it hangs at the tiniest segment remaining forever. If I cancel, it becomes unresponsive and have to force close it.

Anyone know the reason for it happening please?

Open Uninstaller again and see if 365 is still in the list of programs installed.

If it is, uninstall it again. This time look at the list of fragments to be cleaned and you should see the one that

is causing the issue.

As 365 is a Microsoft product, it is most likely that the fragment cannot be removed because it is a microsoft system file

and access to it is denied.

This is probably the most likely as I cannot see 365 anywhere as an installed programme.
