More current Portable Version is where?

I have been using the portable version (Version 7.5.0.7)  from an App site, but it has not been updated for a long time.  Its very convenient, since I can keep it with other portable tools on a USB drive and use it any time I need to without the complexities involved with installing it. 

Does any one know of a newer portable version somewhere?
