I can't change the key combination settings for uninstall shortcut (ctrl + alt + U) to another combination

Hello,

I am unable to change the default uninstall combination (ctrl+alt+U).

The mentioned part in the settings where it is possible to change the combination is not visible on the settings form and it is not possible to move (make visible) the area to change the key combination settings.
