The RPG stopped accepting the correct password

I don’t know what’s the reason, but my RPG refuses to unlock with the correct password anymore. This problem is only on one of my computers. Others are still working properly. Is there any way to proceed forward. Reset the password or something the like. I've uninstalled the program a few times and then reinstalled, but it doesn't help. At startup, the program requires a password and it still does not work.

Hello, downloaded the RPG some time ago and Its no longer accepting my password to get in or I have just plain old forgot the password. I've uninstalled it a couple of times with no luck.  What needs to be done to access the program to get it working again? Please and thank you.
