Unable to download tools

Hi, I'm unable to download tools. When I attempt I am met with the "download failed! Please check your internet connection or try again later." popup. This also includes the update for Advanced SystemCare itself which I am unable to install.

Current ver: 14.4.0.275
OS: Win 10

How are you trying to download the tools?.....are you doing it from ASC toolbox or from the links in the

Forum topic...

Thanks. Is there one for the tools like smart RAM, disk cleaner and defrag etc please?

Also, some of these are links to buy what I already should have through paying for pro. Does the toolbox no longer work in app? I have used it for years without issue

The Toolbox in ASC works fine. Your pc is stopping the downloads.

I have just tested some of the tools and they downloaded without problems.

Have you looked in Controlled Folder Access to see if any Iobit products are blocked.

Have you checked your firewall

Have you looked in your Antivirus/Malware to see if they have quarantined any Iobit files.

If you go to...C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\Update

You will see a file named...Toolbox.ini

If you double click on that file it will open as a text file in Notepad.

If you scroll down through the text you will see the direct link for every program in the Toolbox.

Copy the link for the Tool you want and paste it into your browser.

This will take you directly to the Download. Save the file in the ASC folder...C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare
