I've tried to contact support through your website, but the drop-down menus for product selection, etc. are not working for me.  I need help installing ASC14 Pro. After turning off all Windows security stuff I still get a message that the installation file is corrupt.  I've downloaded it multiple times.  I have had the same problem with programs from other vendors recently, too.  Any advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Same result, but then I turned off every Windows firewall and app/website protection and was able to launch the installer until Malwarebytes put a stop to it. I was able to beat it back with a big stick and ran the Setup.exe until I got this: (see images) I am connected by Wi-fi to a router from my cable/internet provider, ATT.  It should not be this difficult!  I'm not sure what to do from here.

Nope...it should not be difficult at all.

That said..there is a long history of dispute between Malwarebytes and Iobit.

Malwarebytes way of dealing with it, is to block Iobit software. I have had to put all Iobit programs into the Malwarebytes

ignore list, and then I had no issues. Have you done this?

Yes.  That allowed me to get to get to the IObit screen with the INSTALL button.  After that I get an ad for another program and I select "No thanks."  Then it tells me that the download failed. See previous images.

I downloaded ASC from Majorgeeks site and scanned it. Even malwarebytes said it was fine.

Something on your pc is preventing it from contacting the Iobit server, which is required for the installation.

So, either an app/security program or Firewall is most likely responsible.

Maybe a browser add on....
