I purchased the pro pack yesterday and im already having problems.no problems when it was the free version.anyway i realy need tech support any ideas why "live chat"wont respond?ty

What are your settings?

Did you place any "problems" in the ignore list?

As Live Chat is not ready yet, the link to "Live Chat" in the IObit main page Support is http://www.iobit.com/# , so, it doesn't take you anywhere.

I believe, that's what the problem is!!!
