N/A temperature readings

Hi,

I'm a fan of your products,

I've been using advanced systemcare ultimate for over a year,

but recently, 4 days ago to be precise, I encountered a problem:

I can't monitor the temperature in performance monitor,

it says N/A!

any fixes?

I have the same issue.

It started a few days ago. Before It was working well. Restarting Windows does not fix it too. 

Is there a way to reactivate it?

A mi tambien me pasa igual.

Se trata de que no marca, la temperatura de la CPU, ni la GPU, PLACA Madre, ni la velocidad del ventilador.

Pone en todas N / A.

A ver si lo pueden resolver.

I have had the same problem, Version 14.3 was the last one that displayed the temperatures and fan speed on my MSI Z590-A Pro motherboard.

The alarm keeps sounding I have sent the laptop to the manufacturer and they tell me the temperature  ok not too high
