Is there a log file and reading tool to examine changes over time please?

Do you mean a log file to examine changes of the computer?
If yes, please follow the steps below: Open Advanced SystemCare > click Options icon on the top right corner of the main screen to choose Settings… > click Logs and Backup > check Creat logs when there is any change to the computer > click OK. Next time, you can click Open Log Folder under the bottom left corner of the Saved Logs box to get the log file.
