Marvell 91xx SATA 6G controller problems

I've tried everything to get these driver to work. I've bought Driver Booster, deleted the item in device manager, got the drivers from Gigabyte & directed it to the location. I get " This device cannot start. Code 10" no matter what I do. I need to put a SSD drive in my desktop, but without this Sata6, I can't.

2 .Download https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe, >> double click to run this tool>> click 'Save report to Desktop' >> find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file. We will analyze the file and look into the problem asap.
