Why does Uninstaller Pro contain trojans?

My Win10/64 PC has been locking up recently. I ran the ESET Online Scanner and it found and quarantined the Packed.ObsidiumBZ trojan in 4 Uninstaller files. See the attached screen capture for details.

Needless to say this is a very disturbing result. I hope someone from IObit will have a good explanation.

If you downloaded Iobit Uninstaller from a reputable site, then these are false positives from ESET.
