I then applied for a discount and got it for $13.00 !!!

Saved $18.97 !!! So be careful on email renewals!!! You should be ashamed, IObit!!!
Someone in the Email Renewal Department needs to be fired !!!
Not a good practice to fleece loyal customers!!! They should "automatically" get a good discount!!!
