No Audio Output Device in installed after the Driver Booster update

So I have this problem, I used Driver Booster and it updated all of my drivers I belive, and after that I can't hear anything anymore, I don't have audio output or input device installed anymore and if I go to Device Manager, I don't even have Audio inputs and outputs there. I've been trying hours to fix this, I have tried everything, even.. fully reset my pc, everything uninstalled yet I still don't have output or input device installed and I still don't have Audio inputs and outputs in Device Manager. Can somebody please help me? Is there a way to fix it cause this ''update'' literally messed up my PC, I cannot hear anything and I don't know if I can do anything about it

Did you try a restore point to restore your pc to a time before the issue started.

Did you try the Fix no Sound function in Driver Booster Tools.

It wouldn't let me restore it and I did try Fix no Sound, didn't work

I expected that those would not work, because you already did so many things to your pc before seeking assistance.

None of them worked for me, tried them before

Ok so I found out that nothing can fix it, not even with BIOS, the windows just wont let.

That is a very defeatist attitude. Of course it can be fixed. It just takes some effort.

Because I have literally tried everything, from updating drivers to downloading a new windows

Okay, fortunately we got to download the windows 11 and it looks like its fixed now

So.......

A new install of Win 10 did not fix the issue.

A new install of Win 11 did fix it.

It makes you wonder if Windows is really the problem...

Well installing new windows should fix it cause it uninstalls the old drivers and installs new ones

So should installing New Windows 10......but it did not
