Never received anything

Almost two months ago I ordered some software form IObit. the total for the order with tax was $32.55. I was suppose to get an email with all my order information. to date I have not received any license key, no order number, no invoice, nothing. I have sent out three emails with no responses to date. I would like to have this matter addressed asap. I hope this is not how  the company normally conducts customer service.
