I bought a PRO version of Advanced System Care for 3 PC,s inclusive Smart Defrag, Protected Folder and Iobit Uninstall for one PC for a special price 189,00 Dkr.

in stead of original price of 1600,00 Dkr. the 27. of august 2021. This should have been for 1 year.

But the installed product on my PC,s where not the PRO version but an old version. So when I started using the product I was asked to buy a >PRO version again.

How can this happen? Please help me out of my who even can. Thanks in advance.
