"Current Version" of Discord and OBS Studio is not right.

(I'm Japanese, so I'm sorry if this is hard or unable to read.)

I'm using the latest version(1.0.9003) of Discord, but my IObit Software Updater says like this:

Current Version: 0.0.309

Similar malfunction also occur about OBS Studio. I already updated OBS Studio to 27.1.3.
