No confirmation of Black Friday promotional purchase

On 18November we purchased the Black Friday bundle offer of 90% off costing us AUD38.60. We paid by Mastercard which cleared on23Nov. Since 18Nov when the purchased was initiated we have had no confirmation from Iobit (spam folders have been checked). Who do we contact about this.

It would appear Iobit's support system only applies to specific products with special promotional bundles not included.

Any Admin assistance welcomed.

I have tried to purchase the $23.98 Black Friday bundle as follows...

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

 

This happens on 3 PCs (Windows 10), tried on Firefox, Brave, Internet Explorer, Chrome & Opera using DuckDuckGo, etc. on each! ... plus on an iPad ... all running from NordVPN within the USA... and nothing.  I have been able to purchase from multiple vendors yesterday/Wednesday and today.

Please suggest if there is an alternate website portal for IOBIT?
