No add to whitelist/ exception feature

Hello so I noticed that there is no feature that we can add a program/ folder/ anything to be excluded from scanning. I noticed that my game is not working properly (repeated occurences)  afer I optimized the system before shutting my pc down. Is there a way to add an exception? Or there is no whitelist/ exception option in Advanced Systemcare 15 Pro?

I too am having the same problem. Is there a way to add a file to the ignore list in settings?
