Charged $75 for something I don't recognize

Hello, 

I was charged $75 to my debit card for something and I have no idea what it is. On top of that I cannot find any means of actual support other that this forum to contact IObit about an issue like this. Please reply to this ASAP or call me at (phone number removed by Mod) or email me at (email address removed by Mod). I expect a full refund for this as I don't believe this is a product I am using. If I do not hear from support on this i will go to my bank and report this as a fraudulent charge.

I can't fill this form out because this form requires a license code. I have no idea what was charged to me...

I was trying to purchase a package on sale for the Holiday. 

BUT A CHARGE HAS BEEN MADE TO MY CC & I CANNOT DETERMINE WHAT IT WAS FOR?

THIS HAS ME CONCERNED ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM NOW & ANY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY MIGHT HAVE AFTER THEY GET MY CREDIT CARD INFO???  

I NEED SOME HELP FROM IOBIT TO RESOLVE THIS ASAP!!!
