Help Needed asap

Hi I did bought a driver booster few days ago and I did put non existing email as a recipient of my order as I was drunk I did mix up my two emails . Is this forum gonna help me or its just for show ??? I spend 25 pound  on product which was not delivered to me. Alternatively can conntact my bank as this purshes was a froud as a company dont give a shit to answer on my 10 email and 2 ticets here. Shame on you Iobot shame on you

Is that a joke or what I did paid for something u never send it to me as recipient of it is an non existing email adress. This forum didnt help me at all I went on the page which Redsfan kindly put it for me. At monday I ll go to see my bank and I ll report a crime coz in this case it is. I had paid for something which I never get it so obligation of company who sold it to me was not fullfiled. I do request a refound of this order (removed by Mod) . If You Scannan paid for something like me for Driver Booster Pro and You would never get a help You would be rage about it. Its simple is onyone here who has something to do with the company or its just forum for nothing. I did stated befor I had send many emials to customer support and its 1st January already no one ever answerd my email. I did provied order number my name and the Card I did paid for that product. DO you think I do have a time to spend here writting (foul language removed by Mod)  no I want to get simple answer. Whats there is a tools for someone who lost or whatever he did with his licence but has valid email adress is that so hard to understand. The email adress where You as Iobit company send key doesnt exist so I want to give existing email to recive a code is that so hard??? . DONT even write answers to this if its gonna be like this go there and look coz IM a week at this forum and didnt find any solution. OR Give me number to call to them so I can get refound coz key licence was not activated as it is in sky in "NON EXISTING EMAIL ADRESS" 

I biught this as a gift for Christmas so I want my money back give me email adress or phone number to someone who can help me sort this.

You also seem to ignore the fact that You caused your problem, by sending the wrong email address because you were drunk.

The link Redsfan sent you definitely has the solution to your problem, if you read it fully, It tells you exactly what to do

if none of the links will solve your issue.

So, go to your bank. Tell them that you were drunk and sent the wrong email address, and see what they say.

If you talk to them or treat them the way you treat us here, I doubt very much that you will get very far.
