SCAN FAILED

Updated DRIVER BOOSTER today, purchased new licence and installed it. The program will not scan properly. I keep receiving error message "Scan Failed! Failed to connect to scan server. Please click "OK" to detect and fix the network failure" I clicked ok and when the process was completed the message stated "Network access is available it."  I then click OK and try the scan again and receive the exact same error message.

Hello,

 Please download https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe > double click to run this tool on the problem PC > click 'Save report to Desktop' > find db_info_YYMMDD.zip on your desktop > send us the zip file.

Already done and the zip file was sent via email. Awaiting a response/fix.

I haven the same issue with Driver Booster 10.2 on an Acer XC-603 PC with Windows10 22H2,

I've attached the ZIP-file, hope you can help me out here.

Simply try another scanning app. There are many options online. Good luck!

Hi there,

According to the log, we find that Driver Booster can scan sucessfully on Feb 20. The problem happens on Feb 22, so we guess there is some change with your internet.
