Download drivers stuck at 1%

After scan I want to update the drivers.

Start preparing download and then starts to download and goes till 1% and stays at 1%.

I already de-activated ant-virus, firewall, start-up app as admin, ... nothing changes.

Impossible to update the drivers.

I have Windows 11 Pro x64. I see that the app is a 32-bit version... ???

Created a db_info_20220124_i.zip file. I will send it to dbfeedback@iobit.com.

I just installed Driver Booster 9 on a second new PC.

I have the same problem as the first PC. I'm sitting behind a firewall and I moved the PC directly to the internet.

No idea what it could be. I will take the PC home and try it at home on my Starlink connection.

Since the environment of each PC is not the same, the cause of the same problem may differs. If you want us to help you find a solution, it would be much better for you to get information with the tool https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe  and then send us the log. We will try our best to find a solution asap.
