If I have IOBit Malware Fighter with the Bitdefender engine enabled, do I need McAfee Anti-virus?

Probably a stupid question, but I have McAfee Anti-virus. I also have IOBit Malware Fight, and I just enabled the BitDefender entire. Should I keep McAfee running, or will the BitDefender engine work as an antivirus software?
