Protected Folder

I have loaded Folder Protected first time I did set Up a password That I have used many times when I went to reopen I get wrong password how can I remove the password and start again

this is terrible I set the fist password then confirmed it less than 30 minutes later I tried to log in cannot log in, it does it does not say wrong password it does nothing

what is the used of a reminder question when nothing is happening cannot even download the dam thing without a password

Can someone help me remove that password and start again surely I don't have to reset the all computer? is this something to do with windows 11 ?

any help would be appreciated

Scannan, copy/pasting a thread in which the solution post is 404 is not helpful. Perhaps you could resurrect said post, for those of us who still have this problem in 2022?

I have just gone through the entire solution post. I did not get a 404 error.

I checked every link in the post. All working.
