Problem PDF und Bilder

Es lässt sich kein Bild oder PDF File öffnen. Ich als einziger nutze den Laptop. Ich soll mich an einen Administrator wenden, wegen der Sicherheit. Ich folge dem Hinweis von Microsoft Hilfe. Es ändert sich nichts. Helft mir bitte.

I am sorry, but in order to try and assist you we need some details of the issue.

You do not give any details. Simply saying that "No image or PDF file can be opened" does not tell us anything.

Is Iobit Malwarefighter causing this. Do you get any error messages. Did this happen when you installed Malwarefighter.

Did this happen when you upgraded Malwarefighter.
