Purchased but did not receive download link and code

Yesterday I purchased iObit Uninstaller. Paid with Paypal. I was supposed to receive an email with the download link and
installation code. Until now received nothing. Sent an email to support@2checkout.com. Until now no answer. 
So I decided to start a claim in Paypal. I just want to receive the product I purchased. I am not requesting a refund if I receive
what I purchased. Hope anyone takes care.

OK. I went to Online Support as suggested by one of the posts about what to do when the code is not received. I submitted a request for support.Thank you.
