IObit Default Program don't work good

Recommended Posts

IObit Default Program does not remain set to the current default value that I selected, namely: Audio Player (VLC), Video Player (VLC), PDF Reader (PDF Reader for Windows). When I restart the IObit Default Program, the settings I made are lost and change to the initial settings of the IObit Default Program, namely: Audio Player (Music-Current Default instead of VLC), Video Player (Video-Current Default Default instead of VLC), PDF Reader (not setting instead of PDF Reader for Windows).

The operating system is Windows 11 Pro / 64 bit.

I've attached three screenshots:

1. Default settings before selecting the desired settings in the IObit Default Program

2. Desired settings selected by me in IObit Default Program

3. Select the remaining settings after restarting the IObit Default Program

Thank you in advance

And please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us via the email feedback@iobit.com.
Thank you.
