Acutely, I can't get in touch with support.

How do I get in touch with them

I am a paying customer and have tried in vain to contact Support.

I have tried 3 times and always got receipt for my inquiry from: https://www.iobit.com/dk/thanksforfeedback.php?productType=pro

And so I haven't heard any more, even though it should happen within 48 hours.

Can you help?



After 3 inquiries for support premium help I have not received a response.

The problem is that I already use Blender 3.1 and Blender 2.92.0 has been removed long ago.

iObit update and reinstall Blender 3.1 every day.

How to stop that error?
