Can't install Iobit Uninstaller 11.5

I tried installing Iobit uninstaller 11.5 on my pc, but when ever I try installing it my avast antivirus keeps telling me its a threat.  I don't understand why?  Iobit uninstaller is just a powerful uninstaller tool.  But my antivirus keeps saying its a virus and keeps putting it on quarantine.

It is a false positive from Avast.

Open Avast Quarantine and restore Uninstall. Then put Uninstaller in Avast's Ignore/Whitelist.

If you cannot do that....

You should temporarily close Avast. Download Uninstaller from the Majorgeeks site. Install it. Turn Avast back on and

put Uninstaller in Avast's Ignore/Whitelist.
