I purchased with the wrong email, now I can't correct it because you can't get help without using the email you purchased the product from

Since I accidentally put the WRONG email in the order when I purchased the product, there is no way to correct it. IObit gives you no help unless you use the email that you

purchased the product from. There is no way to correct this because they don't recognize the correct email. I have no product now.
