Renewals

I have 3 e-mails telling me that my licences expire next month. ONe which is for Smart defrag, which I do not have the other 2 are for Uninstaller (which according to the s/ware has 365 days left) and driver booster. I would like to contact iObit re Smart Defrag, but the only way to do this apparantly is via the online support form, which will not let me proceed as I cannot provide a licence code.

I would also like to contact the company regarding the auto renewals, but I cannot find any way to access my account.

below are the steps from the FAQ. I was able to go and cancel 3 different products i never ordered.

For Verifone order, please log in myAccount on Verifone > Click My Products on the top and find your order > Click Stop automatic subscription renewal under Subscription status > Click Confirm cancellation. Or please contact our Online Support.
