I have Advanced System Care PRO and Driver Update Free. For some unknown reason, the icons of both programs

disappeard from both the screen (shortcuts) and the taskbar. Can someone help?

That is a windows issue. Check the Taskbar (Icon) settings in windows.

I presume the ASC and DB programs still work normally.

when clicking the URL given above, I do not get the other addresses. I have a window 7 home premium, 32 bits.Maybe it is different for this OS?

I do not get the two icon (advanced System care, and driver update by IO on the task bar and the shortcuts of those two on the desktop

I must apologize about my ignorance in the modern computer processes. I have more than 50 years of experience in aerospace project, and I am an extensive user of the computer, but not in its roubleshooting. for instance when I enter the URL you sent (the last one), I dont see any application tab. Also, I am using chrome as a browser, so  the use of explorer is unfamiliar to me. Also, english is not my mothers language. Therefore I have to apologize, while I feel like an ignorant...

You are certainly not ignorant, and you should never think so.

It should not matter what browser you are using. If you copy and paste the last URL I gave you, into your browser

it will open a Google page showing many solutions to your missing icon issue.

Then just pick one and follow the instructions.
