just purchased ASC 16 now can't open download

I purchased ASC 16 could not open download so deleted ASC 15 still can't open contacted support they just sent

reinstall link no good any ideas welcome

Did you read the FAQ's.
Did you read the many posts dealing with this and similar issues. In particular regarding users anti-virus/anti-malware, preventing the opening
of Iobit downloads.

Klady ako nájdem údaje o skončení aktivácie zakúpeného softwaru Advace System Care. Kupoval tak som novú verziu sofwaru Advance System Care pred dvoma mesiacmi a neviem nájsť údaje o skončení platnosti licencie tohto softwaru.

Kde to nájdem v tejto PC aplikáciji ?
