WHY DO I KEEP GETTING THESE INTRUSIVE POP UPS TO PURCHASE ADD ONS TO THIS PROGRAM.  MOST ALL THESE ADD ONS I GOT FROM SYSTEM MECHANIC CAME WITH THE PROGRAM "FREE"  AS WERE THE NEW VERSIONS OF IT WHEN AVAILABLE... I ONLY LEFT SYSTEM MECHANIC TO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS BETTER AFTER 12 YEARS, NOW I'M RETHINKING MY DECISION.....

The ball-size required for a member of your team to actually respond with this sentence is simply unfathomable.

I think your caps-locked customer refers to the unwanted pop-ups regarding discounts and/or software that's causing you to lose more customers than you gain. Those pop-ups. The same that all those other forum-posts that are wholly ignored by your staff are about.
