Hello, I purchased the Black Friday package, but I regretted it and would like to request a refund for the package.

I know you guys admin and moderators are frustrating. As for us consumers are too. Because the auto subscription OFF/ON is no where to be found. Contact phone #, email disappeared. I had IOBIT for quite a few yrs. I and alot of folks didn't have this issue . But this yr , newly accepting payment company is loosing us. Respecfully.
