Hello everyone, this is my first time on here and needing some help please. Once I have downloaded the free stuff I can not sign into facebook or download yahoo messanger.............any suggestions PLEASE

Are you saying you now have these problems after you ran ASC and let it repair and optimize? Need more info...

First suggestion - please read all of this thread:

You probably ran the program without placing anything in the Ignore List.

So now you have to annul the changes made presumably mostly in System Optimize - this can be accomplished in the programs Restore Center.
