does MF10 password protect its own files?

i recently downloaded malware fighter to try. i also have bitdefender antivirus protection. when i run a system scan with bitdefender, it says there are 30 files that it cannot scan because they are password protected and they are all in the malware fighter installation directory. i have not used the safebox feature of MF so idk why they are there. does anyone else have these password protected files on their system?
