Iobit Sandbox help please

So i'm decided to try it awready and im not shure are its work in my machine at all :

when i chose or drag and drop exe file / instalation file , rar file even icons ( absolutely nothing happening ) are it should be that way i'm completely nob with this app .

i'm worked before with the Oracle VM VirtualBox and there you have virtual machine with desktop mouse and .... what should be happen if there is virus or whatsoever here ?

Do you mean that you can not drag and drop a file to Sandbox? Please describe the issue more clearly with related screenshots.

If possaible, please send us the mentioned file.

Please also download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

Double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click 'Save report'. 
After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved d. Click the 'OK' button to open that saved folder.      Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into
