Fraudulent Software

After I upgraded Advanced System Care and Malware packages I found a new virus on my computer.  I ran you virus checker and it did not find it.  It leads me to suspect that your company purposefully added that virus to my system.  It is call Altruistic.....funny how your crooked company sets its customers up to cheat and steal from them.  At expiry date I will NOT renew my software.  You people should be ashamed of yourselves but that would be too much to expect.

Please take some screenshots of the virus and send them to us. Guide for taking screenshots: http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm 

And please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us via the email feedback@iobit.com.
