Some of the best anti-virus says ASC is a pop and removes it.

I run spybot or Malwarebytes both will delete my paid copy as a virus or PUP, this needs to be fixed before I use all my downloads.

Malwarebytes flags ASC as 'Potentially Unwanted Software', either out of anti-competitive behaviour, or to protect 'less involved' users from installing software that does things to their customers systems they refuse to clarify. Frankly; ASC should be deemed PUP. It's potentially harmful to whatever you run it on (as there's no way for you to know what the hell it's doing), comes with poorly hidden bloatware, and continuously spams advertisements. It's malware that you paid for. 

But yes, you can exclude it from your AV-software 🙂
